Thanks to you I was successful in my re-election to the City Council, and I appreciate your support. I received the most votes among the ten candidates for City Council. As a result, my term on the Council will continue through December 2010; four years.
As a resident, a parent, current Council President, and the former city manager, I know our community and how City Hall can work with you to preserve our strengths and work to correct our deficiencies for a better future.
The City has many strengths. We have a safe community, good schools, a good location, and beautiful parks and natural areas. What we need is leadership we can be proud of, we need to listen to all our citizens, we need to provide the best public services for the lowest cost, and we need to collaborate with those jurisdictions that also serve our citizens and with our neighboring cities. Finally, we need to have a vision for a sustainable future and to address change.
Please take time to explore my website to learn more about me, my positions, and how you can help me, help you.
Thank you.
